This is no frills, no robes, no relaxation room, but they can certainly work the tension out of your muscles. My masseuse really focused on my arms and legs and lower back and to help the lymphatic system. If there is a particular area that you want them to focus on be sure to say where. It was a good massage.

My muscles were tight and my therapist knew exactly how to loosen them up (albeit the massage being a bit sore at times). The ambiance could have been slightly elevated, but overall it was a great experience and I will come back the next time I visit Miami.

Entering the space itself it was cool, and clean which gave me a very comfortable feeling. I met Allegra who was very nice but I thought there is no way this small woman is going to be able to work with my large frame. I have to tell you she twisted me into a pretzel to loosen me up then gave me one of the best massages I ever had.

I figured it would just go away but it didn't. I reached out to Shane and Alejandra and they were incredibly welcoming and told me to come in. After an hour of thoroughly going through different massage types, from hip openers to lower and upper back, and even my shoulders. After my session my back pain went away, even felt more energized. My massage therapist came on time, with the most comfortable-portable bed ever... Even before my treatment started I already knew I will extend my 60 min session. Therapist was great! Super knowledgeable, and really effective with all the pre-massage stretching and aligning which made the second part of the actual massage amazing! I did fall asleep. It was that good.Cant wait for next one!

Isaac used several techniques of massage and bodywork combined of Tui-Na, Thai, Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities to meet my body's needs. I have regular massages at home in Vienna and all over the world but these ones were the best I've ever received! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on my next visit to Miami.

I booked my massage and en route to the venue, I injured myself really badly (flew off a bike causing injuries to both of my legs). Shane was able to ensure the massage didn't cause me any extra pain. The way my body and neck was cracked, I felt so relaxed and relieved. I would definitely go back if I ever decide to visit Miami again. The prices are very reasonable too.

Right before we arrived I got a text message to arrange for us to park in the correct place. The place is definitely less than impressive but I learned a long time ago that when it comes to a massage, it is all about the quality of the massage. I'd much rather a good massage at a decent price than a lousy one at a beautiful spa.

We started on time. Music was playing on one of the therapist's smart phones. The massage was definitely good. I've received a lot of massages from numerous therapists because I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from my occupation as a surgeon using an operating microscope, and this one was very good. My wife's massage with Alejandra was deep tissue (which is what we requested) but also good.

Afterwards (past the hour that we booked and were charged for), both therapists went the extra mile by showing us stretches and seemed to really care about us as clients even though we were just visiting.

We enjoyed our time in Miami and will definitely be back to this place. Five stars.

The place is not that fancy but I've learned the hard way when it comes to massages--don't pay for ambience. Pay for a good massage and good massage therapist. Shane was fabulous. I was a little nervous when he made my spine crackle like Rice Krispies, but it all was fine. He is a spiritual person and works with you to have a mind/body experience. I would definitely go back.

I got a ninety minute massage from Shane. He used a number of different techniques, some I wasn't even aware of. He was also very spiritual and worked with me on my breath. I particularly liked it when he walked on my back. Even though we went over the allotted time, Shane kept going saying "I'm not done with you, woman". What a pleasant and relaxing experience. I think I walked out 2 inches higher. Thank you Shane!

This is a massage "plus" experience. I've found a new wellness coach. The Tui Na massage was like a massage and chiropractic appointment rolled into one. Alejandra was incredibly STRONG, knowledgeable and thorough in how she performed each stage of the massage. The ashiatsu part was very intense (felt like a panting horse), and it was finished off with a relaxing Swedish style massage. The end of the massage was extremely relaxing. I just wanted to stay on the massage table, listen to the music and drift off into bliss land. This is a "real" massage, and I can still feel its positive effects at work in my system days after the therapy. I took several much needed water breaks during the therapy, and have continued to drink at least a gallon of water each day. If you want an authentic massage, this is the place to go!

Went in for a couples massage and it was our first time ever doing something of the sort. The massage therapists are the cutest married couple duo. #relationshipgoals The ambiance and mood was very soothing in their studio. This massage was very stress relieving and they showed us some additonal stretches to help our daily aches and painsa dn then offered tohave us go hang out with thm later that day for drinks and to hang out at the turkish bath. My only qualm, was that I left feeling very sore for several days, but I expected it being that my muscles were very stiff prior to coming there. highly recommend!

I absolutely thought the massage was fantastic! I had Shane work On me And I felt like a ton lighter, felt great afterwards. Like I could run 10 miles. No, jk. But I felt unstoppable. He had walked on my back and located some really good pressure points I diidnt even know that could be Reached like that & Wow it was amazing bc of the way I felt afterwards. I must say it was a llittle intense when he was hitting those pressure points and working out the tense muscles It kind of felt like a work out a little but I felt great relief after and it wasn't like that the whole time only in the areas of stress it was only a little painful. And it wasn't like that all the way thru he Then had worked on my head it was super relaxing. I didn't want the massage to end. I believe that byfar not your typical massage but very different. Got to be one of the best ever for me. Glad I discovered it. Definitely going back to this spot when I'm in town.

Best massage I've ever had in my life. Shane did an amazing job. I originally scheduled a 60 minute massage, but lengthened it to 90 minutes because of how much I enjoyed it. This wasn't like any other massage I've had before. Shane incorporated not just massage, but breathing techniques and stretching. I left feeling so much of my tension relieved. Even after the massage was over and the 90 minutes were up, Shane took an extra 10 to 15 minutes showing me stretches I could do at home. Can't say enough good things about my experience. I must give this 5 stars. It was different from any massage I've had, and I've had some deep tissue, sports massages before. This one seemed to get right into the heart of problem areas. My husband and I came to Shane and Alejandra with a variety of issues from knee to hip to back pain. After leaving we both felt great! They both took their time and made us feel extremely comfortable. We've been to some of those places where they just light incense and give you a little rub down which is not a real massage. This was a REAL massage and they explained how every move would help your problem area and helped relaxed every muscle. After they finished Shane even took some extra time to show us some restorative yoga poses!! I think we found our permanent massage therapist whenever we visit Miami. This was by far the best Thai massage I've ever had. I was a little skeptical going in and I was advised that they don't provide shirts and pants like most Thai places but they do cover you with sheets and the experience was totally worth it. I wanted to get my girlfriend a massage birthday and being I'm not from Florida I googled best massages in Miami and Miami Massage Therapy was one of the first results that came up. I was thinking more on the lines of resort living spa massage! My girlfriend and I content-plating leaving; what a mistake had we followed through. Look, I'll make this simple. If you want a massage where it actually makes a difference where you feel a significant improvement in your muscles and you body movement and motion, then go to Miami Massage Therapy. They are going to work out all the kinks in your muscles. When you leave you'll feel like you just had a full weight lifting workout. But you'll feel amazing for several days after. This going forward will be my body therapy of choice. I highly recommend trying it at least once!

Alejandra's massage was great and she gave good advice on how to keep supple. The team were all very nice as well, despite being in the process of moving to a new location. One thing I would say is the price point was a little steep for an hour, and they may want to think of lowering this, as it may put off customers who otherwise could benefit from the session. Otherwise though I would recommend this as a good place to get a massage.

My wife surprised me with a couples massage on the beach before our seven day cruise. We found the chairs and the staff was great. We laid out for about 10 minutes and then the therapist came gave us towels to change and the massage was great. Highly recommended. It was a bit windy and the sand stuck to the oil but (hey) some people pay extra for exfoliation right? Perfect way to get ready to relax on a cruise.

I had occasion to need Alejandra & Shane's services while visiting Miami Beach. I managed to injure my lower back playing basketball. I have recurring back problems and unfortunately my back tightened up on me while playing. It did so to the degree of me being rendered nearly immobile. We looked on Yelp and found Divine Massage Therapy and were able to get an appointment for later the same day.

Upon entering I was surprised to see that it was a yogi-type atmosphere. As I didn't make the appointment for myself I wasn't sure what to expect and my primary concern was the elimination of my pain.

Alejandra greeted me with a glass of lemon water and I prepared for my massage. Shane came into the room and the two of them did bodywork on me and an hour later I felt much better. The range of motion that I had lost was back. And that impressed me quite a bit.

Alejandra & Shane also worked with me on breathing as well as some stretching to help me reduce pain and eliminate some of the tensions that had caused my back problem to begin with. Since I'm traveling this is particularly good information for me, as I'm not certain I'll always be able to find therapy to better my back.

There's not much else to write, as it's the next day and I'm feeling better. That's my main concern. They were very pleasant people and it was a pleasure meeting them. I'm not much into yoga and things of that nature, but much of what they taught me as well as the bodywork they did on me helped to improve my condition so there must be something to it.

Thanks a bunch guys. I am leaving for the Caribbean and was bummed to think that I would be in traction for the rest of my vacation. But fortunately we took a gamble and made the right call.

21. I arrived at Alejandra and Shane's studio very stressed out. The previous day I had quit my job and was in great distress over it. After introducing myself and telling them about why I was stressed, they immediately offered a "group hug". I entered their sanctuary and prepared myself for a treat. Two hands working on you is wonderful so I could only imagine how good four hands would feel. After only a couple of minutes, I felt my body untightening and enjoying the massage. They used different styles in their technique, which included shiatsu, reflexology, deep tissue and swedish massage. They also incorporated a lot of deep breathing into the session. The best part of the hour was the belly massage. Sometimes we don't realize how much tension we hold in our abdominal area. This is certainly something different than your standard massage from a hotel or spa. I left after one hour feeling relaxed yet energized. Shane and his girlfriend Alex gave me a massage a few weeks ago at my place. What an experience that was. I never knew i even had certain bones capable of being cracked and reset as they called it. I literally walked out of there a different person, feeling lighter, more agile, and just overall a sense of being more aligned . I highly recommend these 2 for body work if you want the best for a great price. Shane even incorporated some jiu-jitsu moves on me, i thought he was joking at 1st until i began to realize he was stretching me out and at the same time showing me some great self defense moves. 2. For years I have had lower back problems. The pains of getting in and out of bed in was becoming unnerving and I was ready to surrender and attribute this to what i would call "rust" and "natural aging". I was recommended to this Dynamic duo by a friend who raved about the work of Shane and Alexandra and was skeptical I must admit. I have been to several Massage therapists, Chiropractics and other healers in the past and could never find relief that lasted more than a few hours post therapy.. Upon my arrival I was treated respectfully and was immediately at peace at the "zen like" surroundings of the business. Shane and Alexandra listened to my history as they did their initial inquiry and really formulated a multi- discipline approach to my ailments. One of the first things I noticed that had never been done was Shane's anterior approach to my lower back. Who would have thought that? He identified that the psoas muscle was the culprit of my ailments. After they both kept me calm they worked their magic using techniques that I have never experienced before. At first I was uncomfortable thinking ' why is my lower abdomen being worked so vigorously for a lower back issue?" WELL NOW I KNOW WHY. Because that is the only way to resolve the issue. And resolve it, it did. I have been pain free for over 1 month and feel great. I spring around like an athlete now. My back usually hurts, my hips, and the combination of styles, care and love, make my whole body breath, even when I get home my dog, acts different with me. 4. I've been to many massage therapists in the past and haven't had an experience quite like this one. Shane and Alexandra made me feel comfortable and at home, and the body work they performed was exquisite. These two really know their stuff! The experience was an overall enjoyable one and I would confidently recommend Divine Massage Therapy to anyone looking to shake off the stress and tension of the outside world.
